Many times some programs after installation are added automatically to the Windows Start list without your permission (ie those programs that run automatically on Windows start-up).



To avoid this there is StartupMonitor 1.02 which monitors that start list informing you of all the programs that want to register there without your permission. It lets the user deny or accept (just this once, and must ask for permission every time) the registration.
